These terms govern your use of the Saad app and website operated by Stormnology. Please read them before using the service. If you do not agree, do not use Saad.
Eligibility and service area
Saad is offered to users in Saudi Arabia who are at least 13 years old. If applicable law requires a legal guardian’s permission to use the service or agree to these terms, you must obtain it. The minimum age does not replace any legally required guardian permission.
Your account
Provide accurate account information, keep it up to date, and protect your sign-in credentials. You are responsible for your use of the service and for activity you authorize through your account. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not share passwords or impersonate another person.
Learning service
Saad provides tools for learning vocabulary from content, saving words and reviewing progress. Translations, content and exercises may contain errors. They are learning aids and do not guarantee a particular level of proficiency or learning outcome.
Acceptable use
Use Saad lawfully and respect other people’s rights. Do not submit unlawful or infringing material, harass others, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, distribute malicious code, or extract content in ways that violate applicable law or third-party rights. Do not misuse accounts or bypass access restrictions.
Content and intellectual property
Saad’s branding, software and original materials belong to their respective rights holders. You may use the service for your personal learning in accordance with these terms. Access to a book excerpt, article, song, video or translation does not transfer ownership or give permission to redistribute it. You retain any rights you hold in material you submit and must have permission to provide it; we may process it as needed to deliver the feature you request.
External services
Videos, translations, app stores and linked websites may be provided by third parties. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services. Their availability and content may change independently of Saad. A link does not mean that we own or endorse all material on the linked service.
Current availability of paid plans
Paid subscriptions are not currently available in the production service. These terms do not establish subscription prices, automatic renewal, cancellation charges or refund rules. If paid services are introduced, the applicable pricing and terms will be presented before purchase.
Availability and changes
We may maintain, update or change features and content. Interruptions and technical errors can occur, and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. We will observe applicable legal obligations when making changes or discontinuing a service.
Stopping use and account deletion
You may stop using Saad at any time. To request account deletion, email the contact below; support may verify your identity before processing the request. Uninstalling the app does not itself delete your account. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks or legal requirements, subject to applicable law.
Privacy
The privacy policy explains how account data, learning activity and technical information are handled and how to exercise privacy rights. It is available through the legal links on this page and in the app menu.
Responsibility and your legal rights
Use reasonable care when relying on learning content or external services. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a responsibility, consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Saudi law.
Saudi law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Please contact us first if you have a concern so we can try to resolve it. Disputes remain subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Saudi Arabia and any mandatory rights or procedures under applicable law.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms as the service changes. The date above shows the latest revision. Any notice or agreement required by applicable law will be handled in accordance with that law.
